AGES 5-10 years
This is a one-hour class designed to improve a child's overall strength, speed, coordination, and body awareness. Based off the hit TV show, American Ninja Warrior, students train on obstacles such as the floating steps, rings, rock wall, peg board, and warped wall. This is a great way to get your child moving all while having a fun time. Ninja athletes make great all-around athletes!
AGES 11-18 years
This one-hour class is for older students that love to challenge their bodies through obstacle training. We work on upper body strength, agility, balance, and coordination. Some parkour and flipping is also a part of this class. Once you have been a part of this class you will leave feeling a new sense of control over your body and what it can do.
AGES 5 - 16 years
This one-hour class is for homeschoolers who need an extracurricular activity to do during the day. In this class we work on all things ninja. Obstacle courses, basic strength exercises, speed & agility, balance, coordination, and body awareness. This is the perfect class to pass as a PE class for homeschoolers!
