SilverSneakers is the nation's leading wellbeing fitness program designed for older adults and is currently sponsored by Medicare health plans through the U.S. Check your eligibility for this program at silversneakers.com. Once you are set up through their website and receive a 16 digit member number we can get you signed up in our system having SilverSneakers pay monthly!
