1. Call Level Up at (706) 971-3937 or email at Tiffany@levelupgymnastics.com to schedule a date and time

2. Choose your Party Level (Open or Organized Play) and how many participants are planning to attend

3. $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation. The Deposit is non refundable if party is cancelled.

4. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.

5. Cash or Check. Credit cards will be charged an additional credit card fee.
